In this existing off the grid stone house in the Small Cyclades complex, the kitchen plays a central role. It is located in a central spot, with a direct view to the sea while it is in contact with the dining and living room. Moreover it is the first “frame” one sees directly  from the entrance. A composition of horizontal planes in  opposite directions resolves this pivotal role and the countertop functions also as a table. The construction was made by the owner.
